| This is where you enter your preferred Message to the hearing person calling. You can say that you are unable to answer the call at this time and ask them to leave their name and number for you to call them back. This cannot contain more than 40 characters (including spaces).

| This is where you enter your own greeting for when you place a call to hearing people. Instead of having the VI introduce the relay, you can introduce yourself and perhaps the relay. This greeting will be used on all of your calls unless otherwise instructed. This cannot contain more than 40 characters (including spaces).

| This ID number will be your 10-digit account number for VideoMail. This number can be your current VideoPhone number. To edit your VideoMail Account preferences, you will need this ID number and your password. |
| IP address is a number assigned to your internet connection. To obtain your IP address, go to www.whatismyip.com. Enter the address in the field provided. This number can change, so it is important to update your VideoMail account often to ensure you receive calls through your assigned VRS number. If you already have a "No-IP" type of IP address, for example; john.hamiltonrelay.com, you may enter that address in the field provided. |
